Ummm...I can see you as all but the chef. Chefs, although their jobs is to create, they have to do it fast and on the fly a lot. It is "fastness" that I can't see you doing...but then again...maybe some sweet little cafe somewhere, I could totally see you creating daily dishes that are fresh and unique. Ummm...I would so go to that cafe. So, nevermind...
